A wedding in Pakistan.
A question that started it all.

"Why are we trying to plug into someone else's business when we could build our own?"

Ali was already deep in Pakistan's outsourcing industry. Burhan and Hamza were based in Australia, watching SMBs struggle to find affordable, quality talent. They saw the gap and decided to bridge it.

They researched, ran the numbers, and had serious conversations with potential partners, looking to plug into an existing operation. But every door led to a dead end.

Then came the wedding. End of 2023. All three of them in the same room for the first time. Between the celebrations, they had a conversation that changed everything.

It would be harder to build it themselves. They knew that. But it would be theirs. That night was the founding moment of HireGummy, a remote staffing agency.
