What costs are involved?

How quickly can I find and onboard talent?

How do you vet talent for quality?

We screen only the top 5% of applicants through skills tests, work history checks, and communication reviews — ensuring you get reliable professionals who deliver.

Do you operate as a managed service, or do you simply connect clients with virtual assistants?

We operate as a fully managed service. Once you choose to hire with us, we recruit and onboard the employee on your behalf. They’re added to our CRM system and will clock in and out daily, submit end-of-day reports, and share weekly updates. A dedicated Client Success Manager will conduct fortnightly check-ins with the employee and monthly review meetings with you. You'll also have direct access to the Client Success Manager at any time. We put these systems in place to ensure accountability and sustained productivity.

Do your team members provide their own equipment and software? For example, would a graphic designer have access to Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and an email account?

We provide everything the employee needs to perform their role effectively. This includes setting up a custom HireGummy email address, providing them with a company laptop, and, if required, access to our in-house Canva account. Software access such as Microsoft Office or Adobe Creative Suite can be arranged depending on the role—nothing is a problem.

Are your team members employed full-time / part time, or do you work with freelancers/contractors?

We hire employees full-time, based strictly on the client’s requirements. They work exclusively for your business from Monday to Friday and are not engaged with any other clients or projects.

How does your recruitment and selection process work? Do you provide a shortlist of candidates for us to review and interview?

Based on your job description, we’ll provide a shortlist of three highly relevant candidates

Are there any minimum engagement terms or lock-in contracts?

There is no lock-in contract. All we require is a one month notice period in case of cancellation, which also gives us enough time to help the employee transition to a new opportunity.

What support is provided if the assigned assistant isn’t the right fit?

If the employee isn’t the right fit, we provide a free replacement, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.
